Predatory Terms

1. The Company will only make payments to active affiliates; an active affiliate account is defined as an account which has generated a minimum of 1 new paying customer for the casino/poker clients of the Company within a 3 month period. If an account does not meet these requirements, at the sole discretion of the Company's management, future commission payments may be withheld.

Acceptable Terms


Affiliate Payment Date?: The Company will process the Commission earned by You in the previous calendar month by the fifth working day of the following month.

Negative Carryover?: In the calculation of Commission where Net Win is negative due to Customer winnings and/ or Non Cash Items and/ or Cash Items and/ or Progressive Contributions said balance will be set to zero. A negative balance due to Fraud costs will be carried over.

Minimum Payment?: Affiliates will only be paid referral fees once they have a balance of $100 owing to them.

Revenue Share Percentage?: If in a calendar month the Casino Net Win generated by the Affiliate is less than or equal to US $10,000.00 the Affiliate will earn 25% Commission on the Casino Net Win.
# If in a calendar month the Casino Net Win generated by the Affiliate is greater than US $10,000.00 but less than or equal to US $20,000.00, the Affiliate will earn 30% Commission on the Casino Net Win.
# If in a calendar month, the Casino Net Win generated by the Affiliate is greater than US $20,000.00, the Affiliate will earn 35% Commission on the Casino Net Win.

[NOTEWORTHY]: If in a calendar month, no new wagering and purchasing real players are generated by an Affiliate, the Affiliate will earn 25% Commission on the Casino Net Revenue or Poker Net Rake, regardless of the Casino Net Revenue or Poker Net Rake.


CPA Details?: Not Available.

Tiered Revenue Sharing?: In respect of Second-tier Affiliates, the Affiliate will earn 3% of the Casino Net Win of such Second-tier Affiliate.

On the main forums page, I still see Playshare in the predatory affiliate programs group. Oddly, I don't ever remember seeing them in that group before now. Maybe I just didn't look closely enough.
