It's now the 10th, 3 days past the "guarantee" and no payment yet. Not trying to be an ass here, but why do you have this guarantee on your website (and in ads) if payments are typically paid 5 days later?

I got paid on the 9th twice, and the 12th every other time. Never been paid by the 7th.

It's clearly false advertising. I suggest either paying by the 7th or removing this guarantee from your website and various ads (like the one recently seen in the latest APCW video). Obviously I would prefer getting paid by the 7th.

Too bad it doesn't say "Guaranteed or we pay you double".

Hi Perc,

Payments are usually sent by the 7th business day of the month. I admit that it is the 8th business and payments are delayed. Unfortunately we had a power surge yesterday that destroyed a few computers and delayed finalizing payments until this morning. Payments are being finalized and processed as I answer your post.

We apologize for the delay and would like to assure that bar anything beyond our control we endeavor to get your payment sent to you by the 7th business day of the month.

It says on your website "by the 7th of each month" not the 7th business day. Just be honest, you won't make any friends advertising like that.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset, I like you guys, and I don't mind being paid on the 12th... It just bugs me when people advertise that way, and I personally don't think it works in the long run.
