Payments and calculating the commission

7.3. The commission shall be calculated at the end of each calendar month and payment shall be effected between the 10th and 15th day of the subsequent month

Is 7.3 still valid or it was changed and commission calculating + payments will be later from this month?

... i dont have other choice and i have to post here all details related to my cooperation with clubgold , because i have enough to be non stop ignored , i have enough to read emails with promises or skype texts : "I am with your side" "do not worry , I am always here to help" etc, and i have enough to feel like an idiot.

Keep in mind, like I have told you in the past, that the Playtech affiliate system that we are currently using is not calculating the fees correctly. I try to send you the statements every month so that you know how much you have earned. The payments are calculated by out payments team but I always double check to make sure that they have calculated them correctly and they have not made any mistake against our affiliates. So far, they have never made any mistakes. I am attaching you the October statement again. The November statement is going to be produced later this month, payment will be with you by the 15th, if your account is in credit and not negative."

In attached file was pdf file with commission calculation.It was very specific calculation, because my commission was reduced by 40 percent compared to statistics from clubgold affiliates.

Nobody never ever told me what kind of fees are not correct , why other playtechs using the same system does not have to manually calculate commissions

Case nr 2 - Part 2 - November commission

By 30 November, everything was ok.
I had about $1100 commission and ... one hour before the midnight big winner appeared in the statistics.
Player won $5000 without making any deposit.It seemed like a strange thing and i decided to contact instantly with clubgold (skype)

I had not forgotten you but this case was too complicated to answer any faster. I have a look at our system, the player you are talking about is Hxxxxxxxx
He has made no deposit, so even if he has cause a negative net revenue to your account, it is not true. Once the player asks to withdraw his winnings, they get cancelled and he only receives $50. So the negative -5,160 is being replaced by whatever the revenue is with the new updated stats (winnings) of the player.

I dont want to post more emails or skype chats - everything was in the same style (commission will be corrected and report will be tommorow, asap, soon etc etc.)

Finally i did receive today few emails:
"Your account seems to be negative this month. I will check carefully later today to make sure that there no mistake.
At the moment I am driving so I cannot do it from the car. Will check it for you later this evening."

"The casino net revenue is -2.203 this month. Again, I will check very carefully to make sure that they have not made any mistake.

To help to undersand this post and statistics:

Until 30th november top level revenue (earnings) = $1100
Net Gaming $3,226.78 Gross Revenue $398.90 Top Level Revenue $1,129.37

23:00 30th november - after lucky player no deposit bonus winnings top level revenue (earnings) = - $670

Detailed stats for 30th november:
Players 1 Deposits Amt $0.00 Net Gaming $-5,160.46 Gross Revenue $-5,160.39 Top Level Revenue $-1,806.16

Final statistics for November:

Please rest assure that Club Gold Partners work as a team and Carmel is well aware of all the issues that were raise regarding your account. In the message above you are referring to the thread you posted on another forum, a few months ago. I am very happy for anyone to search in the affiliate forums and find the case which you are describing. Worth mentioning that the affiliate account at Club Gold Casino was not opened by you but by your business partner at the time who had not provided us with any bank details.
Not to make this too long, the case was resolved and in fact you thank me for helping out.
