Terms that Need Clarifying

1. All affiliates that sign up from November 1st 2006 onwards will be subject to commission percentage changes where 0 new players are referred for extended periods of time.

Terms and Conditions - non-predatory

Affiliate Payment Date?: Percentage Fees will be credited to your ECash Account within the first seven working days of the month for activity from the previous month.

Negative Carryover?: If Net Win is in a negative position that negative amount will NOT be recovered from you and at the beginning of each month any negative position will be set at zero.

Minimum Payment?: We do not believe there is a minimum payment for Partnerlogic as they use the ECash system for affiliate payments. The information could not be found.

Revenue Share Percentage?: Revenue sharing ranges from 25% to 40% and is highly dependent upon property. For a full list of Revenue sharing options, see: PartnerLogic Revenue Sharing

CPA Details?: CPA Details are unavailable at the Partnerlogic website and within their T&C's.

Tiered Revenue Sharing?: Tiered Revenue Sharing details are unavailable at the Partnerlogic website and within the T&C's

Our overall analysis: Currently, we feel that Partnerlogic is a well run organization and a good affiliate program. We will complete the analysis when a Partnerlogic representative

Partnerlogic / Claire (Affiliate Manager) - has been contacted via email and PM at 12:49 PM CST January 18, 2007. We hope for a speedy resolution.

A short conversation with Claire this afternoon (11:30 AM CST) shows a willingness to communication.

Claire, always considered one of the best Affiliate Managers in the business, has shown a great interest in making affiliates happy. At this time, Partnerlogic has promised a commitment to fully review the term and discuss, internally, it's amendment. Due to the upcoming Affiliate conference, the Terms will likely be looked at within the next 2 month time period and we will follow up on a bi-weekly basis with Claire.

A Final notice has been sent to Claire to have the Terms amended. We will determine by the end of this week if there will be any change to Partnerlogic terms.

If there are not then, unfortunately, we will have to mark Parterlogic as Predatory.

Sorry guys...I have been out of the office for a while.

Here is our response:

PartnerLogic is trying to encourage active affiliates and so by adding this new clause into our Terms and Conditions we are making it clear to affiliates that have worked with PartnerLogic from before November 1st 2006, they are guaranteed the lifetime value of the players they refer, with the commission rates promised at the time that they signed up and for those signing up after November 1st 2006, so long as they continue to actively promote the PartnerLogic brands, they can also be guaranteed the lifetime value of the player.

AffiliateGuardDog.com sent a response to Claire from Partnerlogic to reconsider keeping the Predatory Terms for new affiliates. At this point it has been more than a week with no response.

Our Evaluation:

Existing Affiliates (Those who Signed up prior to November 1st, 2006) - Partnerlogic is a great program with an awesome affiliate manager

NEW Affiliates: You are risking your own money if you sign up with Partnerlogic as their NEW terms are considered predatory.

Hope I signed up prior to November 1st, 2006. But I'm pretty sure I did.

I have chosen to remove Partnerlogic and did so today from my site.

For various reasons; mainly not converting (probably my fault); impressions not registering (?) and just deciding to clean house.

I have replaced and re-emphasized other programs that are much more promising in players clicks and downloads.
