Paddy Power: NCO... or no NCO...?

Just read their affiliate T&Cs (Section 5.3):

In the event that a revenue share in any calendar month is a negative amount, Paddy Power shall be entitled but not obliged to carry forward and set off such negative amount against future revenue shares which would otherwise be payable to you.
However Paddy Power shall also be entitled but not obliged to zero the negative balance that would otherwise be carried forward.

Clear as mud!

Anyone know if they have NCO or not...?

This kind of thing plus the lack of cross product commissions is exactly why I don't promote paddy...

I have just checked my Paddy Partners acc. and commisions for 04-2011 and 06-2011 where negative. They zeroed those months.

I assume that IF the negative amount is not too big (up to certain amount they might set) - they coud zero it... In the other cases it will be carried forward. JMO.

True. 04-2011 = -€200 and 06-2011 = -€40. Fortunately all other month are positive

This is the first time I've heard of this sneaky trick, and its very clever too I must admit lol As if you'd bother promoting a casino if your account reached minus $50k and carried over lol You'd spend the rest of your life trying to get back to positive. I'm glad most of the other casinos don't follow this example
