Opinions on Expekt?

I've been seeing plenty of payment complaints on GPWA, PAL etc.. about Expekt - in most of the threads people have come back on to say that they were eventually paid, and then it starts again for the next month.

Whats the thoughts here, are they just slow at paying or is there risk of not being paid at all? Based on the chatter I'd probably be staying away from them, but they have a couple of features that make them ideal for a new site I'm working on.

I've seen some of that myself, they are starting to remind me of C-Planet who had been having late payment issues. It can't be a good sign no matter how you look at it. If a program cannot pay their affiliates without the affiliate badgering them - they are not worth promoting.

Not very thrilled with them! We are not happy with payments and the revolving door they have with affiliates.
