October conversions not so great?

Is it just me, or are conversions down significantly this month? Players are clicking and signing up, but not very many are converting to depositing players. I'll be lucky to end the month with half as many new depositors compared to last month. Traffic and serps are unchanged; it appears to be purely a conversion issue.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Casinos, please ramp up your conversion and retention efforts! Get those players to deposit! This is "prime time" -- the weather is colder, the kids are back in school.... New depositor numbers should be going up, not down. Please do what you can.... Let's all make some serious this fall.

I am seeing an about average pace of new depositors. It does seem as though it is a bit more evenly spread out among the programs, no real stand outs this month.

I've got a low depositer count, but over the last few days that has increased.

I'm surprised to find out that I'm getting some Rival depositers that are depositing more than the typical $25-$50.

Got a few in the last few days that are depositing in the hundreds... nice Maybe we will see a turn-around with them!

The surprise to me this year has been the fact that porn site conversions put these casino site conversions to absolute shame!

Probably by a ratio of at least 10 to 1 at a minimum.

I actually at first thought that the online casino business would be a worthy opponent to the online porn industry but I've come to realize that is just not the case.

It may also have something to do with the fact that there are more perverts in the world than there are gamblers too..

Our conversions are ok, no significant statistical difference.

We have seen an increased number of high deposits, which we attribute to both improved processing, as well as new promotions to target that class of player.

Yeah, slow month here too and definitely not traffic related. Traffic is up on last month but depositing players seem harder to come by. Processor problems at the USA facing casinos? I don't know but whatever it is, it's at their end, not mine.
