None payment of Commission

Betwize affiliates are theives, they have not paid me commission for two months, and the last contact i heard from conrad was that we would be paid by the 15th March and it is now the 29th and no payment, I spoke to conrad yesterday on skype and he informed me he has resigned from betwize affiliates because of issuses like this, so now they have not answered any emails, and seem like they are not going to pay me my commission owed to me, i am very upset about this like other affiliates who i know have not been paid also, andy if you can help with this please do i have also sent you an email, betwize should now be listed as a rogue group and not promoted by all affiliates...

I have sent a request to the owners of Betwize and will update this thread. In the meantime, I agree... AGD will rogue Betwize to be sure that affiliates do not sign up for their program.

I have received an update from Betwize. They are trying everything they can at the moment, it seems. Quote below:

betWize had every intention of paying affiliates this month and preparations were made to begin paying affiliates.

However the main funders of betWize have pulled the funding due to a number of on-going operational issues with our services provider which resulted in us incurring losses due to unexplained inefficiencies. This has resulted in no cash flow and the operation is barely managing to tick over. We are however in the process of trying to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and recapitalise the business so we can continue to operate. The moment that betWize is in a position to continue operating all outstanding amounts will be settled.

We do understand that this is not an ideal situation for anyone and we completely appreciate the need to maintain AGD’s integrity. We would like to point out that this was not done intentionally or to steal earnings from affiliates. This is however something that we are dealing with on a day to day basis and are trying to resolve with urgency.

This quote was approved by their owner for release to AGD. I certainly hope they get on track, but be aware that it could take some time.

hmmm but wouldn't it at least make sense to let affiliates know whats going on and respond to their emails? I still think something is wrong, because i am sure they are still accepting player deposits, etc.. Also why tell us we will get paid in 48 hours then never pay and dont respond to emails? something is still very wrong here..

Well it was pretty obvious something major was going on there - and now we know!
I pulled all their banners off my sites yesterday.

I just visited their affy site - I guess the AGD banner is changed automatically by Guard Dog...

What a bunch of wankers!

Luckily I only promoted them for 1 month so I haven't lost a huge sum.
Still sucks though and reflects very badly on NetEnt IMHO.
