No response from Wager Profits...

Hi,

I tried to contact Richard Green from Wager Profits via e-mail and Skype, but got no answer. I sent several e-mails to the affiliate support and none of them got any answer.

I have some unpaid commissions from September and I would like to talk to somebody from Wager Profits.

They used to pay commissions very fast.

If somebody from Wager Profits sees my post, please contact me.

Had the same issue, and no email response. Use the insystem messaging center and got a reply from Richard "Our Finance team are experiencing delays on their end and have assured me that they will get it paid as soon as they can."

I managed to talk to Richard, he was friendly and willing to help. I got my September commission and I'm now waiting for the October one.

It seems that it is a financial issue, the finance department is working in a low gear.

Hope to get the October payment soon and continue the collaboration with Wager Profits without these kind of problems.

No, I haven't got my October and November commissions yet.

I talked again today with Richard and he told me they are making some sort of payments audit for previous payments because some affiliates were paid twice, and they want to have the correct figures before starting to send the payments again.

I don't know how long this will take, but I hope it will be solved soon.

I will post here when I'll receive the next payments.

I recently posted a warning about Wager Profits on the GAU. I suggest you proceed with caution as they have been slow paying affiliates for quite some time.
