There is money currently due to you this month for net win figures, however after looking through our accounts it was flagged that you have not delivered a first active for over three months.

Unfortunately, because of this we have been forced to suspend payment in accordance with clause 14.10 in our affiliate terms and conditions.

However, I very much hope that we can resolve this problem, reach an agreement and form a successful affiliation that will deliver plenty of First Active players for Betway.com and plenty of revenue for you.

For the hundredth time:

Affiliate programs should pay affiliates on their referred players for as long as the players continue making deposits.

If a casino can continue to profit from an affiliate-referred player indefinitely, it's only fair that the affiliate should continue to profit indefinitely as well.

Whether an affiliate continues to send traffic -- or whether THE CASINO continues to convert the traffic and keep players happy -- should have nothing to do with whether or not you pay the affiliate for the work he did in the past. Remember, without the affiliate, you wouldn't even have those players in the first place.

90% of programs do it the right way; Gnuf and Betway do it the wrong way.

If you are still promoting these brands, I recommend dumping them immediately.

Hi all,

As you all know Betway and GNUF have undergone massive changes in the last
year and having been making huge strides in all areas.

Unfortunately from time to time we make mistakes and errors creep in.
There have been changes in our payments department and after an internal
meeting, two emails were meant to go out.

Email 1 – getting back in contact with affiliates we have not actively
worked with in a while and who have not brought any new players to our
sites informing them this clause does exist, but we will keep on paying
them.


Email 2 – we needed to get banking details for some affiliates due to
bounced payments.

These two emails were incorrectly combined to relay the message received.

Our affiliates will continue to be paid.

As usual have an open door policy for anyone to get in contact with us to
discuss new and exciting ways of marketing and also to discuss any aspect
of their account.

I will pass the contact I have to you Andy asap. Glad someone came here to clarify and try to fix things from Betway's side.

It doesn't look like Betway will be dropping the quota from their T&Cs. I talked to David G. about this last week, but I wasn't able to convince him to get the term removed.

This goes for Gnuf as well -- both Betway and Gnuf have the same quota clause in their T&Cs which states:

14.10 The Operator will only make payments where the affiliates account generates a minimum of 1 (one) new paying customer within a 3 (three) month period. Failing this, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold Commission payment.

Even though they say they won't enforce it, that really doesn't mean much (to me, anyway). If the program ends up in someone else's hands a year from now, there's no telling whether they will enforce the clause or not.

If you're comfortable with the risk, go ahead and send them your players. Personally, I am not comfortable with the risk; I will send my traffic to programs without clauses that allow them steal from their affiliates.
