Default New Faceboook Email... throwing a spanner in the works for marketers?

esterday Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of Facebook's new "email" service, I have put email in quotation marks as Zuckerberg has stressed that this is not email and I agree. It seems far more dynamic than anything out there and as a result my is verdict is as follows great for users... another headache for marketers.

Essentially it will result in a far more sophisticated junk mail filtering system which allows users to reclassify there junk mail. So in other words you will be able to create a "white list" automatically as you already have your networks in place ie friends, friends of friends.

Basically it's email, IM and texting all in one.

    Let me know your thoughts..

I don't like facebook, don't trust them. their concepts are great, but dislike the company behind (zuckerberg) and how they handle things.
the less power facebook has, the better!

I know, just when you think the internet has settled. Something huge comes in and shakes a few cages. I think the most amazing part of it all is just the pure speed at which things have grown.

It's like nothing I've ever witnessed.
