Would it be possible for you to post step-by-step instructions on how to find material for your new games in the backend?

Each time I get an email about a new game (from any Rival group) they say to go to the backend of the affiliate website.

I'm not sure if it's just me (or the browser I am using), but I can never seem to find the new stuff in the backend!

When I click on "Marketing Materials" I see a lot of good stuff, but all of it is from August 2009 or earlier. I am sure I am missing something obvious, but some help would be appreciated!

Also, as a side note, would it be possible for you to put in a request for all Rival programs to have their own specific email display names? Meaning, instead of "Affiliate Support" for every casino, make it Affiliate Wide or Box24 or similar.

I have an inbox full of emails from "Affiliate Support" and it would be easier to know what I am looking for if each display name were unique to each casino/group.

Just an idea!

I'm with NDN on this. I can never find the marketing materials in the affiliate backend either - not just with Box24, with any Rival casino. There's nothing after Aug 2009 as NDN said.

And that 'affiliate support' email name - yup, deeply irritating too!

Hi guys

We will have everything uploaded in the "Marketing Materials" section very shortly. In the mailers we send out, we should have been more clear about the various sections and where to get each specific marketing tool itself.

For example, all banners can be found in the campaign section while we should have all the game data itself - screenshots as well - within the "Marketing Materials" section.

Apologies for the confusion; we will make sure to be clearer about that in the future.

Marc, I am sending you all game info. right now in the meantime so you do not have to wait until we get it uploaded in the backend. I hope this helps in the meantime.

As for the sending from "Affiliate Support", that is also something we will take care of.
