my first experience with your translatipon service

I've been more then happy to hear that you offer translation services in many languages! I need some for my site http://www.classicasinos.com , so I tried to use it and got some issues:

1. I've created a project and tried to upload a TXT but it didn't work, seems like I can't upload a simple TXT file - why?
2. Where can I see translations prices?

Hey Sandra,

You shouldn't have a problem uploading a .txt file at all. Are you getting an error similar to below?

If so, then flash isn't working properly. I have seen this with Firefox only. Try IE or Chrome to see if the problem persists. I'm working on a solution for this issue, possibly a non-flash upload process.

If that is not the issue, please detail what the issue is and send me a note to:

no, that's not the issue, what happens is that the URL of the broswed file is deleted when I press the upload/submit (can't remember) button.

btw - what about my second question about the prices?

Prices are given once the files are uploaded to the server and the languages are selected. The service is quite extensive and uses a LOT of translators. Because of this there are no 'set' prices. Some languages are much more expensive as are some translators. Our algorithm finds an available translator in our service, uses his/her pricing per word, and returns the lowest quote possible for the translation.

Great! I've just uploaded a file and i'm waiting to price offers.
How do I know that the translation is done by professional native language translators? After all I can't read that...(and nither do you )

There are no prices until a document is loaded and languages are selected for translation. Each translator has his/her on cost and we have a bunch of translators. Our translators are guaranteed quality and we have NEVER had a bad quality translation produced.

Sorry for the invconvenience of prices not given without knowing the content - but if we do that, we would have to charge top dollar to ensure we cover costs... and that is not fair to the customer. So - if you want a price in advance, I'll have to choose the highest cost translator and give you that price. We prefer to cost it fairly.
