    Question Moral dilemma

    Im all for people gambling, i enjoy it, ive even borrowed money to do it and i know other people do.
    The thing is, do i put up payday loan adverts!!!! Im against it really but it really could pave the streets with gold.
    What do you think?

    You mean put up loan adverts on a gambling site? No way dude, very poor form.

    Set up a separate site in that niche if you want to start promoting pay day loans.

    I supose I should have thought about that years ago

    Just not a good idea to mix loans and gambling.

    Yes I agree with the above.
    I remember the days when I was building up big debts due to fruit machine addiction (long before we got t' internet!) - it was not a nice place to be.
    I realise I am luckier than most gamblers in that due to "bonus bagging" and self control, my online gambling has been totally self-funded since mid-2001, but I can still remember how awful it was having those debts.

    All that aside, I am totally against those pay-day loans anyway;
    I don't know about other countries, but in the UK they charge something above 4,000% APR!!!
    Now THAT is immoral.

    This is a terrible idea, I am sorry to be blunt but what are you thinking? Sure some people may borrow money to gamble but to be encouraging it just for your own bottom $$ is wrong on so many levels (to me). As KK said those pay day loans have terrible interest rate + fees, the poor bugger taking them on is already gambling enough.

    Make a new site with that niche and go from there. (as baldidiot suggested )

    cheers

    I agree that it's a terrible idea - this is called problem gambling if you're taking loans to pay for gambling

    Ignoring the morals (we're gambling affiliates, no-one here should judge you for looking at any business model), I really don't think it would convert anywhere near well enough to justify the risks, as can be seen by some of the responses you've received in this thread.
