I have set up a poll on my forum
Latest Microgaming Casino Upgrade - Good or Bad?

Noone likes the latest MG upgrade
1 of my members also reports that now if you install a MG casino
you cannot anymore choose the folder location on your pc,
I know this was possible before.

Royal Joker are the most funny ones in my opinion
they have sent out a mailer, with a link advising players to adjust their screen resolution.
Ja hallo, I want to keep the screen resolution what I have, why should I change this always just to have the games running normal.

    Hi Marina,

The latest multi tabs release coupled with the screen resolution is aimed to increase your game interaction and to allow you playing in up to 5 games simultaneously.

If you are suffering from technical issues and slow performance please check how to increase your computer resolution.

If you are using windows XP please click here and read the resolution set-up manual.
If you aren't Windows XP User simply find your operating platform screen resolution by searching the web.

We hope that the given technical information had increased your computer performance. However if you still experiencing technical issues please email our support by click here and inform of your technical issue.

    Thank you,

    The Management and Staff
    Royaljoker.com Casino
The other thing is, now you cannot have the casino anymore full screen
I have a bigger screen and the casino fills it half.
Before I have been able to maximize it to full screen, now not anymore.

I believe CasinoRewards will see much more players now.
    Good job CR! Thank you.

Not quite right - I think players like positive changes, but not something which makes thing worse!

This has got to be the cock-up of the century!
They are going to lose MASSES of players over this downgrade - look what you get:-

    1. Fuzzy graphics instead of crystal clear - now you don't have to get drunk to enjoy this feature!

    2. People with 3+ year old PC's may lose the bottom of the casino off the screen - no longer having to wear their index finger out by clicking on "spin".

    3. Slots spinning very slowly on older machines - get to see each reel stop and fully analise the symbols before the next one stops - also you will lose money a lot slower!

    4. Play up to 5 games at a time - unfortunately you can't watch what is going on for more than one. Still you could alway have several casinos running at the same time & get a similar effect.

    5. You can't have the casino in full screen - well you don't want to wear your screen out, do you!

    6. Get to try different softwares - give your eyes a rest and play on decent software which works properly and has good graphics!

I can't imagine why someone never did this before!

    KK

Well I guess they are not only trying to run off the USA players anymore now are they.

Yeah, it's almost like they are deliberately trying to hurt the company's earnings.

Is MGS planning an IPO or something? I could see the logic being something like this:

    1. Decrease the value of the company
    2. Launch the IPO
    3. MGS employees and friends buy tons of shares on the cheap
    4. MGS fixes everything
    5. Share prices rise
    6. MGS employees and friends laugh all the way to the bank

I feel like I am drunk when I looked at their upscaled graphics now. It looks so unprofessional.

Tabbed casino gaming is *bleeping* idiotic. Top Game did it a while back and now it looks like everyone else wants to as well. It smells of a decision made by some egghead who got excited when he saw firefox or IE version eleventy5 or whatever its up to now who doesn't have the slightest understanding of how a casino player operates. Who in their right mind wants to play several casino games at once? And even if you did you can only see one at a time anyway - its not like poker multi-tabling.

I dont think MGS will go IPO.

The owners would be very happy with the MGS has been doing and fromemory they branched out into different projects 3-4 years back.

Recently I am finding my players at MGS casinos arent as high value as they used to be. Also finding that MGS's with multiple casinos seem to be happy to cross promote them to their other casinos without tagging them to me. Happy

Has anyone else noticed that that the games are getting tighter?

So basically you think MGS shareholders are sleeping? Anyone has some background info?
