Hi Pdjoe,
I just contacted Martyn about this yesterday. This is what he emailed me today "Monday and Tuesday were public holidays here so that's delayed payments by a couple of days. " He also said while he is out of the office currently he is waiting on an update about this months payments.
Just wanted to let you know about the public holidays as im sure that plays a part.

Just to let you all know, I was off work last week but regards to payments there was a delay this month due to the public holidays which covered Monday and Tuesday last week. So thats the reason the eWallet payments were delayed.
Joe, checks are being sent out today. I've found out that the check processor we use had some issues with their bank so we were unable to process any payments through it until they sorted a new bank out. This obviously affects all players and affiliates.
Sorry for the slight delay here.

Hey Martyn,
Any update on payments for wire transfer affiliates? I changed to wire transfer this month hoping it would be faster and pay in fewer installments but my payment this month is still showing as pending.
Would it be worth switching back to paper checks? Last month I received 2 paper checks by this point in the month.

As it happens I am writing emails to all those on the new wire method as the processor has come to us asking for more information on the US wires before they are able to send it.
Please can you login and update the information on your Account Settings page and I'll get you paid out ASAP.
To confirm, these are added details requested by the processor to get the transfer through. For some affiliates we were able to gather the information from their contact details and from past payment methods but unfortunately not for all.
Sorry for the delay and once we have all the details we now request all should be sweet.
Drop me a line direct once you've updated and I'll pester account to send it ASAP.
