Jason, I just checked my stats and I still do not see this extra CPA deal of $50 per player reflected in there...can you please verify this for me.

I don't think you'll see this in the stats. I suspect this was a manual addition and the promo ended May 31st. I know that I got a payment in June that included the additional CPA bonus.

Yea, I thought that may be the case as well but don't even see where the manual addition was added either..

Yes it would of been a manual addition tacked on to your May 2011 payment.

It may be best to speak with Carol who handles all affiliate payments and inquiries. I will initiate an email with her CC'ed and she will help you out.
