Some programs (like Blue Square) have a primary channel that you get to select, and then you earn something crappy on the other channels, like 5 or 10%. This is better than Ladbrokes' default 0%, but it still sucks. Nobody should earn 5 or 10%. IMO the default rate should be at least 25% (and preferably 35%) across the board, all channels included.
Ladbrokes can set you up to earn on all of the channels (instead of just one), but you need to talk to them about it; it isn't done by default.
