Default Ladbrokes Warning - They Are Not Paying Affiliates On Live Dealer Action

I don't know if anyone is aware, but Ladbrokes has not been paying affiliates any commission on any live dealer action. I would venture to say that very few affiliates are aware of this if any at all. If they had been forthcoming about this from the get go I would probably be ok with it, but they have kept this under their hats all this time while affiliates are sending them traffic in good faith assuming if Ladbrokes pulls a profit from a particular player, then the affiliate would be included in all that action as well.

It was alluded to me to keep this under my hat as well as they are in the process of trying to get this added and spilling the beans will not help the cause, but piss on this program. I personally have never made shit with them, and besides that my loyalty should be to the other honest affiliates who are in the same boat as me. Those affiliates who work these programs in good faith in hopes that we will be comphensated accordingly. They just should have been forthright about the whole thing.

There is no telling how much money they have saved by not paying affiliates on live dealer action. It's no secret that 99.9% of the players never cash out, so I am guessing there is several million in revenue not paid out here. Who the hell knows, but anyways I just thought everyone was entitle to know.

Wow. Thanks a ton for letting everyone know! Does anyone here have a proper contact at Ladbrokes?

    Dom, Bonustreak? Engineer? WCD_Admin?

One other thing to note about this program is that the default earnings model covers only one channel -- i.e. only casino, only poker, etc., and you receive credit for only one of the channels.

For example, if you send a player that plays one hand of poker and then goes and spends $10k at the casino, you could potentially earn less than $1 if the "poker" channel is the only one that is counted.

Some programs (like Blue Square) have a primary channel that you get to select, and then you earn something crappy on the other channels, like 5 or 10%. This is better than Ladbrokes' default 0%, but it still sucks. Nobody should earn 5 or 10%. IMO the default rate should be at least 25% (and preferably 35%) across the board, all channels included.

Ladbrokes can set you up to earn on all of the channels (instead of just one), but you need to talk to them about it; it isn't done by default.

Thanks for sharing this Dave. I don't think its right that affiliates have to probe to learn these kinds of things but it is what it is, and I am sure those working with Ladbrokes appreciate the info here. Now I understand whey this is one of the few programs I could not make work for me.

    Default Live Dealer

    Hi All,

The tracking for our Live dealer is currently in development and for this reason, we do not offer our affiliates any promotional material. When affiliates have contacted us, we have been open and honest in our response. We are certainly not trying to hide this fact and would always encourage affiliates to contact us if there were any questions around our programme.

I am sorry that you feel misled, but this certainly was not our intention. Our affiliate programme has improved significantly over recent years and we will continue to improve it for the benefit of our affiliates. I will endeavour to make this issue much clearer within our affiliate site.

Regarding multi channel earnings, our commission structure is clearly stated on site. If anyone would like to discuss their own affiliate account, please contact me directly.

Again, I would like to apologise for any misunderstanding, my email address is as follows:

    andrew.scott@ladbrokes.co.uk

    Kind Regards,

    Default No surprise here.

I'm not surprised. Isn't it true that Ladbrokes is the only casino left that outsources it's live gaming from CasinoWebcam? I got burned from these guys is 2004-2005 (CWC), not ladbrokes.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it's most likely their providers fault, but who knows. Its would be nice to hear from their program.

I would never ever, EVER promote or recomend ANYONE promoting live dealer games served by casinowebcam. .. EVER.. I've tried whole heartedly not to bash them in the past, just to issue warnings. Now, I see I should have been a little louder to help affiliates avoid this problem.

I have heard similar things about CasinoWebcam. Basically, the tracking was a scam. Someone I know tried promoting them, and after a while he noticed he wasn't generating any income. So he sent a few testers (people he knew), told them exactly how to go about clearing cookies before signing up, etc., and he had his friend send a couple of testers, too. NOTHING was recorded. I don't remember exactly what Income Access said about this; I think they said that they only report the data that is provided to them.
