SUMMARY: Due to a commission change that is retroactive to ALL affiliates and below the standards of the industry, Ladbrokes (now called Score Affiliates) are ROGUE.

This is a simple breach of contract.

NEW COMMISSIONS MODEL

ORIGINAL COMMISSIONS MODEL

• 25% of net revenue -£0 - £5,000
  
• 30% of net revenue - £5,001 - £20,000
  
• 35% of net revenue - £20,001 +

SUMMARY: Any organization willing to breach their own contract(s) are considered rogue and not worthy of promotion.

As a reminder...

Here is a good example of how this model is HORRIBLE:

* You have 100 players playing consistently

* In the month of October, Ladbrokes did not convert well and you did not get a single NEW player

* In the month of October your 100 players played the MOST they ever have, your expected commissions are excellent

* 0 new players.... Drops your revenue share to 15%


You have now just been 'hit' by their new commissions model. Even if THEY have a player conversion issue, you will be the one who pays for it.

DO NOT LET LADBROKES STEAL YOUR RIGHTFUL COMMISSIONS.
