    eCOGRA is a joke. I agree with what bonustreak said. They are a gang to cheat us affiliates and players.

    I've suggested it in the past but no one has been willing to place any money on the table for it.

    The only thing that will solve this is a lawsuit. It won't be solved by any other party.

    Who is willing to put money on the table here and join in a lawsuit? If we aren't going to sue, this is not going to go anywhere.

    I suggest that for those willing to fund the suit, they get entitlement to their costs back as a first claim on any settlement or judgement, plus 40% of anything else recovered to cover risk plus time to wait for anything to be won and paid out. (Of course those not wishing to join in if they aren't going to contribute funds to the suit are free to sue on their own under this proposal).

    Someone as well needs to undertake to manage the suit process as the overall manager...
