jan earnings payment not received

hey all.has anyone received there jan commision yet?i'v had a quicktender payment pending since feb 11th.i'v been sending a bunch of e-mails to find out what's going on,but no one ever writes back.

Yes several were paid, they pay as Pantasia though that could be why your confused?

I just realized I haven't been paid for either Pantasia or 400 Affiliates

I also just realized I still had ECOCard set up for them both Funny. Would have been nice if someone contacted me to let me know I haven't been paid for 6-9 months.

Signed up here and I am going to send a request to have that changed where if a payment doesn't go through then the affiliate gets an email. I had that happen with another affiliate and I apologize for it happening to begin with.

Still ironing out wrinkles but I believe at the moment we are running well now.

Thank you John! I think that would really be a great feature Of course - I should check my stats a little more often than that (or maybe do better accounting), but a little reminder is always very helpful.

In most affiliate programs - the affiliate manager just gives me an email reminder if this happens.

My issue is that I can't tell if a payment has been rejected since it is done all in one place through Pantasia. I did send the request in to have the affiliate contacted when a rejected payment does happen or at least so I am notified so I can then contact the affiliate. Hopefully they sort it out, rare problem but I might inform affiliates in my next newsletter.

That's a good start Thank you! I'll try to be a little more vigilant on my payments as well.
