IOG Casinos

I am an member of IOG Casinos affiliate program. I joined up with them late last year (2006) and have been paid out twice this year, no problems there. In the last month or so I have been struggling to log on to their affiliate website. When you are able to gain access you can't always access your traffic stats. I have sent them four e-mails asking for assistance, however they have not responded to any of them. I did my home-work before joining them, there seemed to be no bad reports. Is this a case of a good casino group gone bad?

Is anybody else having the same problems with them? Please let me know.

I know they have moved over to payouts via Party Partners but that should not effect your stats info at IOG, let me get in touch with someone there and see if he can help you.

Hi, I managed to gain access to the IOG Affiliate website this morning. When I request my traffic stats for current week they are displayed. However when I request stats for last week or for current month the page does not display. This makes one think that they may be fiddling with ones figures. Am I just paranoid?

As far as I am aware, they have no direct access to the stats. If the stats are not coming back - then there is likely a backend database or query issue.

I will check my stats and see if I come up with the same issue...

I logged onto mine and got a big fat zero for the month of April no breakdown at all of stats but then again I didn't earn anything...lol I did point this thread out to Elliot and I thought he was going to respond, he is a great guy and willing to help so maybe try emailing him at elliott8@hotmail.co.uk

I haven't dealt with them much lately because they seem to respond VERY slowly as of late to the issues of affiliates over at CAP. They haven't impressed me with the new launch at all.

Plus - with the new terms and conditions.... Ugh! I'll be reporting them soon as well.
