Intertops ignore my messages

I have not been paid by Intertops for September. I think the problem may be that my affiliate account is set up wrong on the new income access software as my share of net revenue will only show as zero. It is showing zero for current month October too.
When I go to the page within the affiliate account with the commission structure it only seems to show what it would pay me for a sub-affiliate. There is no commission structure for my affiliate activity.
I have messaged Intertops from the message bank in the income acess white label affiliate software three times. No reply at all and the first message was weeks ago. So I rang the number on the affiliate website and it is Intertops main switchboard. Apparently their affiliate dept is in Austria and I was not allowed to have a telephone number for it. I have now e-mailed them on the three different e-mail addresses that appear for the affiliate department in various places on the Intertops website and their new affiliate website (the whole thing seems an uncoordinated mess to me).
Anyway, my question to you kind folks is do you have a personal e-mail or phone number for someone in the Intertops affiliate department. I obviously need to get hold of an individual if I am ever going to get a reply from them?
Also, has anyone else experienced non-payment and their share of revenue showing at zero when they were actually owed money since they migrated to the new Intertops income access software?

He typically response fairly quickly although I seem to recall that he is out for the majority of the week. My guess is he would respond on Monday.

Just to let anyone reading this thread know, Roman at Intertops has resolved my problem entirely and made a gesture of goodwill. My confidence is entirely restored. If you need to contact the Intertops Affiliate Dept, as Guard Dog said, use the e-mail address. The message centre within the affiliate program seems best avoided.

That is great to hear! Intertops and Sloto'Cash have
been the fastest paying affiliate programs I have ever seen
and I enjoy promoting those 2 casinos more than
any others!
