All it says in the T&C's is this:
"Winnings from the 888 free credits will be subject to wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in the cashier"

I just spent over an hour typing out a FULL and DETAILED explanation of my rating system and breakdowns of your bonuses - but when I hit "submit" I got a "page can not be displayed" error and lost the fricking lot!

I'm not typing it all out again!

Briefly; The free-play bonus might appeal to some.
The 100% match (because it's phantom) rates 2.60 = crap.
If it was cashable it would be 3.60 and mid-table in my list of all Rivals = not great.
If you want to compete with the best Rivals you need to go to (D+B)x15 cashable.
