I just added your casinos to my site, I have one question, it's about your first deposit bonus, or any bonus, why don't you have a code to redeem? instead I have to email you after I make a deposit to receive a 125% match bonus with a 40x rollover on slots? I know as a player I would never take that bonus. I never heard of having to contact support to request a bonus, with rtg casinos. usually I use a code and my account is instantly credited with the bonus. I was wondering if this will change in the future?

Our Initial Deposit Bonus coupon is automatically redeemed to a players account after their registration. All they need to do, is make a deposit and their bonus will be applied to their account. There is no need to email Customer Support to request.

As far as any other weekly or special bonuses, the players are required to redeem these in the cashier prior to making their deposits. These codes are available in our weekly newsletters as well as linked from the marquees in the casino lobbies.
