You read that right, although it appears that it is 'negotiable' based upon:

5.7. Negative Carryover

• If your account has a negative balance at the end of any payment period, this negative balance will be carried forward to the next month.
• This term IS negotiable.
• Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about this term.
• We are willing to work with affiliates to ensure that your accounts remain profitable for you.
• We are able to remove players who have won large sums from your account, but will only do so if you specifically request it.

I talked with the Affiliate Manager at iGamingProfits and Negative Carryover was removed in November, but the terms were never updated (live) on the website.

The terms alert just came in this morning and not only is Negative Carryover gone (as of November), but revshare is increased to 35% as the default rate!
