Isn't Irish Luck the only Rival that has negative carryover or did I read that wrong on their T & C page ??

You read that right, although it appears that it is 'negotiable' based upon:

I talked with the Affiliate Manager at iGamingProfits and Negative Carryover was removed in November, but the terms were never updated (live) on the website.

The terms alert just came in this morning and not only is Negative Carryover gone (as of November), but revshare is increased to 35% as the default rate!
