I get a lot of US visitors so that would explain things but I do get some Canadian visitors as well.

Conversely, the last time I saw any registrations for the USA visitor JPC redirect under Additional Earnings was Sept 2010. There were registrations every month previously in 2010.

That's 13 straight months now without a JPC registration. With all those USA visitors there should be some activity.

Des anyone see anything other than no results found under Additional Earnings?

We used to do really well with these guys and we still have players there in the stats who have been playing for many years. It seems to have coincided with LLoyd leaving, but the conversions went through the floor over the last year or so. But this month is the best we have had in ages in terms of conversion rate so maybe they are getting something right once again.

There is no additional earnings report at all after December 2010. In fact this is the first time I have ever looked at that report. Looking back I see the same as you - the last month in which a player deposited is September 2010. It is pretty ugly reading those stats too. We were earning a grand total of about 14% of revenue from what I can tell from the stats, and there were several months with over 100 registrations yet not a single depositor which I find hard to believe. Conversions aside - don't people read the info on our sites that tells them that they can't play at a casino?!? You know what makes it even better? Not only did they send new US traffic to Jackpot Capital under that scheme, but they transferred existing U.S. players when they shut down All Slots USA to JPC and JPC no longer pays us anything for them.

So anyway my trust level of Brightshare is not what it used to be.

Last month we had 10 locked accounts which frankly I, have a hard time getting my head around. Of banners which are tracked on impressions (I have oodles of links etc...etc which are not tracked), the downloads to sign-ups to depositing players are not impressive.

We commenced pushing AS and AJ hard in June 2010. 16 months later whilst we get the occasional good month, our averages monthly earnings are nothing to write home about give then time frame thus far.

When I compare this program to other MGS properties we've promoted within the same period of time with the same exposure, commission figures are certainly retarded. On a percentage basis that equates to around 60% down on income for other programs.

Whilst I'm a firm believer in giving a program a decent amount of time to produce that carry on effect of building a player base, look back on our stats over the last 16 months, we certainly not earning what we should be when compared against other MGS properties.

I don't do US traffic so that's not the issue here. I don't know what the issue exactly is. All I know is given the traffic numbers being delivered. The conversation ratios are not anywhere near what I should be getting. It's a worrying dilemma.

Not a go at Brightshare...But a general MGS observartion.
MGS software seems not to be paying like it used to. I've never seen it so bad and I've been playing MGS since 97. Everyone has bad runs, But hell when I'm throwing in 200+ deposits month after month and can't crack a decent win then I have to start asking myself what's up. Maybe players are also seeing this too, hence the lousy rention.

In addition there's been mutliple issues with the new Viper lobby. Everything from banking not working properly (meaning you have to log out anbd re-log to get the banking to function again, to flash errors, javascript chat errors popping up. Since MGS went wide screen I and other player have experience mutliple issues. Add in you need a fairly decent PC to run the software. And with each update lately the games need reinstalling, this only adds to frustration.

Personally I think MGS need to get their collective shit together and actually listen to players NOT their development heads. No point have multiple tab games etc...etc if a players can't play the damn games cause their PC doesn't have enough ram or is not running dual core.

Even on my rig with an i7 processor, 4gig DDR3 1600hz, top end graphics card (2gig DDR5) and a 20Mbit link, some of he games produce shudder and no fluid performance. I just think people try the casino and think, screw this I'll play some place else on another software platform.

    Hi All,

    Whoa - OK....point by point:

    1. re: MGS issues (AussieDave), we obviously have very little control over this but your points were clear and well-taken. I'll pass them on to our MGS liaison.

    2. re: conversion - please send me (email or here) your sites which are not seeing the conversion you'd like to from our casinos in comparison to other MGS casinos. And any other data/analytics you have. Our conversion team likes "the facts, ma'am, just the facts." With this info they can look what's happening on your sites and make suggestions how to improve the results.

    3. re: retention - I'll say it again, we have the best retention of all MGS casinos and that's not just us bragging. If you feel you have a real issue in this area, please send me your tracking tag and I'll have our retention team look at what's up.

    4. re: locked accounts - again, please write me and we'll look into each of your locked accounts and come back with an explanation. I can tell you that a recent phenomenon we're seeing is US residents filling in another country in the registration form (US doesn't appear there) and then in the fraud check the account gets locked because the IP shows US.

    5. re: additional earnings report - I see affiliates with data up through June 2011 - I'm checking into why I don't see any data beyond that. If you see no data from before that but are quite sure you should, please write me so I can check your case in particular.

I hope I touched on all the issues below - I'm sure someone will let me know if I missed something

    Default 17 locked in October

I didn't say anything in this thread because we were doing good with BS . .. but this month we are sitting a big fat ZERO after nine days.

Going from multiple 4 digit months in a row to zero gets my attention.

So I looked, and started noticing these "locked accounts." Only 1 or 2 a month until October for me. Then all of a sudden: 17 locked. earnings reduced to rubble. (less than rubble, there is nothing!) We are GEOIP'd site with visitors from around the world.

I don't understand why you can't match their country of origin provided by the payment processing company with the registration country of origin? this sucks...

    Hi WCD Admin,

I'll look into why you had 17 locked players last month and get back to you via email. I'm guessing it has to do with Microgaming shutting down South Africa but we'll see.

    Re: your question
"I don't understand why you can't match their country of origin provided by the payment processing company with the registration country of origin?"
Just to be clear, it is not BrightShare or even our client casinos who lock accounts - it's the processor and we have no control over this.

Regarding your earnings this month so far, if you look at your Player Tab in the Earnings Report, you'll see that your big player is winning so far this month. But it's still early......

    Thanks - Marcia
