Default How to claim the free no deposit bonus

Ok, I have signed up with the affiliate program, and wanted to try out the casino too.
I have downloaded the client, installed and then I opened a fun player account. Browsing on the Ruby Royal website I saw the $11 no-deposit bonus, so I wanted to try it out before depositing some money. On the promotions page they say that real money account is needed, so I headed over to the casino, clicked on play for real money and filled out the necessary additional forms. And now I cannot find anywhere how can I claim the no-deposit bonus. The cashier only shows the deposit bonuses.

I was thinking that the instructions will be sent out in an email, but I didn't get any welcome email as well (ok, it was 20 mins ago when i registered, maybe I should give more time for the email to arrive).

Am I blind, or how players can claim the no-deposit bonus? Or am I messed it up by first registering a fun account?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Actually, that reminds me. I had a player who emailed us to say that she couldn't claim the free no-deposit bonus. Unfortunately, when I emailed her back asking for more info so I could look into it, she never responded.

I suspect this is the same problem as Sipka's.

Many thanks to Derek for the super fast response, we managed to find out that I was lame enough not to delete all cookies and happened to land on my own affiliate account as a player, therefore I wasn't eligible for the no-deposit bonus.

I'm not sure though that it could be the same issue with Tryme's player.

Anyway, many thanks for the helping hand Derek! You guys really rock

Thyme1 if you could provide me with the players login name or email address i would be able to investigate further. Please obviously PM me these details as opposed to posting in the forum
