I know what you are saying boss, but there were some late bugs that needed to be sorted out so it was kinda pushed out and people started to find it etc etc. Basically it turned a bit chaotic in an organised way. I just wasnt able to get you the full detial in time.

It seems like winning players need to send new docs even if they already are known players at CWC, is this by mistake or is this something that will continue?

A free chip winner have to deposit minimum amount to prevent fraud, even if she already has deposit and made numerous withdrawals at CWC group.

This kind of things is good to know when reviews are written. I hope this is just a mistake.

Just to let you know that if a player already has confirmed documents at another one of our group casinos then there is no need for that player to provide the docs. The player will be contacted as a matter of course by our cashier requesting docs, all they need to do is reply with their username from the casino or casinos they have already had docs approved from and this should suffice.

If for any reason the player is asked for the docs again, this could be due to a new card being used, a change of address etc or the previous docs were confirmed a long time ago, so an update may be required.

Regards to making a deposit before cashing out on the free chip, this is in place to help protect both the player and the casino. A whole series of checks are made when the deposit is made and it also helps us to prevent underage players from cashing out of our casinos. The deposit made when cashing out the free chip can be withdrawn no problem, the player doesn't have to play it.

These measures are in place as a form of security for both the player and the casino, ok it can be a slight arse ache to do but for the sake of 5 minutes worth of scanning and your personal security (from a player perspective) I don't see the issue.

Hi, not currently.

What we decided to do was role them out on Club USA first and test out the various styles of games we coudl come up with to find the right ingredients to make a success a of the slot tournies before rolling them out to our other brands.

They take a lot of work to maintain them so right now this is the best option. Once we have the perfect strategy we will then roll them out across all brands to make the most of their potential.

Hopefully it wont be long!

I read that there would be no more freeroll tournaments at CW, is that true? If so, why not?
