I am trying to offer my users some premium download account. Could you please tell me some trust worthy high CPA US site?

I pay for the premium download account, so I want some quick cash back. I really want to see my first check from CAP.

This is very important as I am still doubting this business.

There are several that are high CPA, but most are not US

Casino Coins - Their casinos allow US players. You can get CPA from them, but you will have to ask them for it. What they will give you depends upon your traffic

Most of the other programs I gave links to will have CPA if you ask for it. Most are not published.

The programs that publish their CPA are typically Playtech casinos and the programs and not all that good. They also do not accept US players.

Prime Partners - Microgaming Casinos, Some US Allowed (75 - 250 CPA)

The rest have so low of CPA as to not be worthwhile for you. Your best bet is to pick casinos from the original list I gave you (check out our reviews, linked to from homepage) and ask them for CPA.
