I would personally recommend working with Monica. I have stayed in touch with Monica since she worked at another affiliate program and recovered a large amount of money for us that was being stuck in an old media account instead of my affiliate account. Obviously this was not a popular move but she told me as soon as she found it and helped make sure they paid me. She has always stood out in my mind as someone I would always work with in the future. Would like to promote SpinWin because of Monica's reputations but I have a few questions.

Are you a white label?

Since you are a Cassava Enterprises casino will my players run into trouble over having accounts at other casinos in this group especially the white labels?. There has been a lot of player complaints over this.

I am also guessing like 888 casino you do not accept Australian players?

Do you cross promote like most Cassava Enterprises casinos do?

Matt thank you so much for your post! We can be considered a white label yes, and under a completelly separate management. We do not cross promote since our portfolio right now only consists of one brand, Spinwin Casino (we also have Bingo but it isnt running in our affiliate program yet). We unfortunatelly do not accept Australian players at this time, although if we did they would have no problem playing at our casino, even if they have registered in a Cassava brand, because we are a different group all toguether.
I guess you can say we have the best of both worlds, we have first class software and a world of players to conquer hihi

It not so much if YOU cross-promote - it's the others.
Cassava has a history of doing this. Basically players are "tricked" into joining "sister" sites only to get winnings denied later due to "multiple accounts".
I wont be promoting any Cassava casinos anytime soon.

About 40% of my players use Moneybookers and about 20% Neteller (according to stats of other casinos).

I think thats not really enforced, probably came with the standard terms and got stuck there. I will ask about this one and update you about it. It would be silly since most players use Moneybookers and Neteller, obviously we don't want to send those players away
