It is so tough to keep track of all the rebranded casinos! argh!!! I need a casino database for this crap now. maybe that will be the next project.

Hi Andy (all),
Our industry's had its fair share of rogues and clip joints, IMHO it's unfortunately the nature of the beast. However I do believe things are going to get a lot worse. Especially given (not if but when) the USA approves legalisation.
The number of casinos ect...ect able to obtain a USA facing license will be limited. The catalyst being a lot of places will close as a result. I don't think too many players are going to support offshore casinos when they can gamble at operations run by major Vegas casinos, do you!
Given that scenario and places like Bwin changing T&C's & or others making alternations to screw not only affiliates but also players, let alone clip joints being re-branded, I believe we all need to be on guard a lot more.
We're seeing more and more cases of casinos that we trusted pulling ridiculous FU clauses again players - there's a lot of funky sh#t going on behind closed doors.
I understand promoting a new casino gives that edge and the possibility to grab new players. But with the current issues become more and more prevalent I would urge (ask) affiliate to be on the cautious side when considering signing up to new programs.
Cheers
Dave
