hello I just today discovered this great forum (basically I registered to AGD a while ago but did not take the time to explore it and too bad that I didn't since I see that it's a great forum)

so I'll introduce myself:

my name is Boaz, I'm originally from Israel, living in Estonia (yes there is a country like this, only 1.5M people live here and it's between Latvia, Russia and Finland)

I'm 34 years old, a computer freak and developer since I was 8, worked in the online casino industry for 3 years and affiliate a bit more than a year now

basically looking in AGD I just discovered that most affiliate programs that I work with are considered between "predatory" to "rough"... and this basically confirms many things that I suspected until now...

I am now thinking of changing maybe all the affiliation programs that I work with, I was wondering if people can recommend me on honest programs and ones that people find to be profitable and cooperative to affiliates.

any advice will be very much appreciated

Welcome to AGD! What programs depends on your audience ... like ... where do the majority of your visitors come from? If you are lucky enough to have mostly Europeans your selection is a lot bigger. English speaking? even bigger ... I see the GAU logo - does the logo signify you are GAU staff or member?

I have not looked into GAU much, but looks cool - do they have a forum? I knew they were swearing them off in the beginning. I don't venture out of AGD much unless something is pointed out to me....

thanks, no I'm just a member in GAU, I registered not long ago since it seems like an organization with a good goal for affiliates, also I met Paul in LAC in London (the founder of the organization) and he seems like an honest person that believes in what he is doing.
I am mainly affiliating in Europe in the baltics. affiliation is not my main thing, I'm more a technology person. and also develop flash games.
I like the section in AGD that gives the ranks to the affiliation programs, since it's very interesting to see affiliates' summary of opinions.
In the forums of GPWA and CAP there are sections for the programs but it's more like a promotion for the programs and it's good to see here a summary with ranking in order to be able to choose the programs to work with since there are so many and new affiliation programs that come every day
