Default Haven't been paid for months by BCP despite numerous requests

Hi, is anybody else having issues getting paid by these guys. I have had about $700 owing to me since July and despite numerous emails to them they simply don't respond. They came up with a lame excuse of an audit in August but no responses since.

This is really frustrating . Any feedback appreciated.

There is speculation that Best Casino Partner is connected to the owners/management of the defunct Cpays.

If that is indeed true, the excuses you've been given and no reply to your emails, goes hand in hand with modus operadi of the defunct Cpays.

As fas as payment, I'd be pulling their banners and links...Frankly if they can't pay you in 3 months, then they probably are not going to!

Those threads are identical to my experience. I had no idea they are connected to CPAYS though. Our income has gone down with them (nose-dive) and our traffic has been slowly rising .... we used to make xx,xxx routinely with them. I had an accounting problem with them, had to have the aff managers switched because it was so bad. Interestingly that's when the real shit hit the fan my income tanked and my guarantee slowly lowered and lowered. This month its 4k and I don't plan to keep them on any sort of guarantee after this. They have huge exposure and did well - now I feel robbed. I've told them that. They have their story, its all different from ours....

I made less than the minimum payment threshold of $200 in August, so I wasn't expecting a payment last month. I should get a check this month, though.

I stopped promoting BCP several months ago after I saw that they were selling / leaking player data to the rogue Gold VIP Club Casino. That was enough to pull them, but even if that hadn't happened, I would have pulled them anyway because the revenue simply wasn't good enough to justify keeping them on my sites.

I'm not sure what happened with this group -- they used to convert like mad, and they really knew what they were doing -- but now they just plain suck.

It's called doing a number on affiliates

Get them in, get them to send heaps of players and then when the player quota is filled, start cross marketing & or selling player details to rogue casinos.

    Cheers

I guess I dropped them in june. To be honest I'm having trouble keeping up with all the changes and policing with these programs.

I did get a check for $1200 and then there was some issue of a couple hundred being manually adjusted as negative for the next commission. So I just pulled them after that.

I only gave them limited exsposure but I just looked at my stats for jan-oct and I had 137 clicks and 1 real join but no deposits for new or exisitng players. I'm at a -1 cent.

    Dave

I have been receiving some information lately, unfortunately I cannot tell the exact nature and who all is involved because litigation is pending and the last thing I want to do is jeopardize it in any way.

But - Dave is right on in regards to many programs, although I have not seen the BCP name in this. If you read the " Cpays insider reveals all" thread, it's right on the money. The data trading is flourishing, especially in some softwares and it directly impacts affiliates in a bad way.

Data trading has become our worst enemy, and I can't wait until this litigation becomes public and I can show and tell. It is not done by the programs directly but but a marketing agency that successfully delivers and is contracted by the operators. Aff managers may not even be aware.

It pretty much amounts to affiliates only being used to bring fresh, new players. That is why incentives are not based on revenues generated as would be logical, but on numbers of new players, regardless of value. Once the new players are in the system, they are bought and sold or traded in many cases. This results in affiliates working their butt off to bring large numbers of new players, but never enjoying that actual revenues created by these players.

I don't know how wide spread this is, it is not all the industry. Hopefully a lot of this will surface in the litigation.

Meanwhile, pay close attention to retention in programs, i.e. the life time value of your players. That is the one truly meaningful indicator of honesty you have anymore.

Of course it's possible that some casinos just don't have good retention efforts in place, or have crappy support etc. Still, the ones that do retain are unlikely to be involved in this. So the conclusion only works one way - to identify who is not in this trading situation. It doesn't work to identify who is.

Also, do you play? How many spam emails do you receive from unknown casinos? Where do you think they get your details?

I can't wait for the details to surface...

I've been steadily watching my smaller sites with Google ads out performing online casinos - that was enough evidence for me to know that whatever was going on was really bad.

Can't wait to here the details.
