According to Grand Prive's Terms and Conditions:

Grand Privé Affiliates does not advocate spamming. Any form of spamming will result in the responsible Webmaster's (Affiliate's) account being immediately terminated and all funds due being withheld.

Grand Prive is NOT abiding by their own terms and conditions in shutting down this spammer - so we must issue a warning to all future affiliates: Do not affiliate with Grand Prive until this matter is resolved.

Thanks that was needed. These guys should better get their act together soon. I find it pretty disturbing that a Microgaming program is going down this route. The next steps would be to contact Microgaming and the licensing jurisdiction / Khanawake?

We will wait a period of time, as yet undetermined, to allow them to clean up their spammer (remove this affiliate). If this does not occur, then Microgaming will be notified and they will be marked here as a predatory program.

I'm starting to believe they don't realise how serious this is. Microgaming has been able to command higher licensing fees because of their integrity and keeping its licensees in check (clean). I am pretty sure they will react if this is brought to their attention.

I have been getting player complaints about cashouts..
this is the second or 3rd complaint about
waiting for cashouts for over one month

I am at my wit's end!! I just wanted to share my awful experience and receive any advice you guys may have.

Ok... on Oct. 11th I hit all the wilds on Cashville betting 200 credits. I hit for $5000 at Casino Grand Bay (Grand Prive Group) !!! So I cashed out at $4100. Wonderful! Well, I waited and waited for my check. I find out 3 weeks later (via e-mail) that my checks will be no good because the account they were drawn on was closed. So there I was... not able to cash in my winnings. This is after waiting 3 weeks for my check to arrive. So, they said the check could be cancelled and they can send my funds to my bank account via ACH. Fine... however, to cancel the check it would take 3 -5 business days, and then 3-5 business days for them to transfer to my bank account . They told me yesterday the check hadn't been cancelled yet! I had requested the check be cancelled on last Tuesday, 11/6! 10 days ago. Today they told me the check was cancelled but it will take 5 business days from Monday for the funds to reach my account. I don't even know if they're telling me the truth because I have heard so many different stories from their customer support.

I chatted with the folks at Grand Prive to request I be comped for all of this aggravation. This is how it unfolded:

Unbelievable!!! This was my first cash-out with any casino and this has been a horrible experience. They have been very unhelpful and rude.

All I can say is make sure you know ahead of time an easier way to receive your winnings...

It seems that ever since they changed names, their reputation has started going down the toilet. Isn't creating a new identity for yourself supposed to do just the opposite??

Grand Prive Affiliate is still offline. I hope there will not be any reputation problem in the near future. Otherwise, we have to say goodbye to Grand Prive.

I've never worked with them but they are definitely trying hard to become the laughing stock of the industry.
