I've said this before and I'll say it again.... We NEED to do mass campaigns. This means we should:

1. Put up Rogue pages for the casino(s) in question

2. Track down affiliates who promote these places and are ranking in the top 10 and ask if they would put up a blacklist page in it's place with the proper keywords.

3. DO SEO ON THOSE PAGES

Too many pages in the serps have titles such as 'xyz Casino Review'. And the description is the same old 'good' description as previous. Granted - you go to the page and see that the place is rogues, but that DOESN'T help our cause perfectly.

EXAMPLE: Google 'Villa Fortuna Casino' and you will see:
