SPAM AGREEMENT

Spam Terms

Grand Privé Affiliates does not advocate spamming. Any form of spamming will result in the responsible Webmaster's (Affiliate's) account being immediately terminated and all funds due being withheld.

COMMISSIONS

Chargeback Policy

Any chargeback incurred during the month will be deducted at the end of the month and prior to any commissions payments.(Found on FAQ's page)

Commissions Structure

On Net Revenue in the month up to and including $25,000 - 25% for all Affiliates whose accounts were registered 01 June 2007 or earlier.
On Net Revenue in the month over and including $25,001 - 35% for all Affiliates regardless of when their account was registered
On Net Revenue for Affiliate accounts registered after 01 June 2007 - 35%

CPA

In the Cost per Acquisition (CPA) model, commission of $50 is paid on every player who generates a Net Revenue of $50 to the casino.

Negative Carryover

Grand Privé Affiliates does not carry over a negative balance.(Found on FAQ's page)

Minimum Payment

No check or transfer for less than $250 will be issued and such amounts will be carried over to the next payment period

Tiered Revenue Sharing

Webmasters (Affiliates) shall be entitled to a further 3% referral bonus calculated as set out below, with respect to monthly Net Revenue generated by Visitors who arrive from other Webmasters that are referred directly to Grand Privé Affiliates.

COMMISSIONS -This date listed under FAQ's is not corresponding with the date listed under the sites Terms and Conditions page.

Payment Date - FROM T&C

Grand Privé Affiliates shall pay the Webmaster (Affiliate) all amounts due by the 7th of the following month, and a statement providing in reasonable detail the basis for such payment shall be posted on the Grand Privé Affiliates website (http://www.grandpriveaffiliates.com).

Termination

The Webmaster (Affiliate) will be entitled only to those unpaid referral fees, if any, earned by the Webmaster (Affiliate) on or prior to the date of termination (except in those situations referred to above). The Webmaster (Affiliate) will not be entitled to referral fees occurring after the date of termination.

Termination term is not acceptable. AGD, would you contact Grand Prive's new affiliate manager Kamiel? She worked well when she was at VA.

I can certainly contact Kamiel, but I will tell you this.... Most affiliate programs have the same clause. This is not unusual and most have not changed it when requested.
