Good converted poker program

Can anyone give me some suggestion which is the best converted program on poker game?

FullTilt Poker has been the best for us.

FullTilt and Doyles have been great for us.
We also find that pushing smaller, newer rooms such as Hollywood, BigDaddys and Cool Hand has proven profitable.

As an FYI, terms and conditions for Poker Affiliate Programs are being added into the system. We have done our first Poker program terms alert (Pimp Your Poker) yesterday and I am sure there will be many, many more to come.

I am unsure which poker programs are good in terms of how well they convert, but have heard good things about BigDaddys.

I am interested aswell, because I would need to review the poker rooms I'm promoting.

And on a sidenote: when I began to promote poker it was obvious for me to go with rev-share. However I read on some forums that nowadays because of the player fluctuation CPA is the way to go. I don't like CPA, so what do you think guys?

I am also looking for no rakeback programs, i.e. poker rooms that don't allow affiliate rakeback.
