Can anyone suggest a good starting point for getting links?

So far I know of ecogra and gpwa listings

When would be a good time to add a new website to those directories? Google doesn't crawl new websites right away right?

http://www.igamingcatalog.com/ Its free, no recip link, they take a couple of days to approve your site then your on it
