More bad news on US facing brands

"I also have bad news in terms of US traffic. At the moment we are not able to accept new US players due processing issues. Our processors will not accept deposits from new players. It also doesn’t look like they would change this situation soon as of the issues with the US government lately. Until these issues are solved, we cannot take new US traffic. Am I missing emails, or is this the "only tell certain affiliates" game we all hate so much. Thanks for the heads up. Why the heck can't we have communications with the programs. I kind of sensed that and scaled back massively last month with them. Had a couple of good months with them. as in two.

I only opened an account with this program recently. I was really surprised to read this thread and realize that they haven't bothered to send out an email explaining this. At least BCP and Coins sent out a bulk email communicating changes, closures, etc. I received nothing from Genesys.

If this is already happening, they should have already communicated this to all of their affiliates via email. I can't believe they didn't.

Thank you for the info Belgamo. If not for you, I'd have no idea this was the situation.

This all just happened in the past 48 hours, I am sure an email will go out on Monday. I think they wanted a few days to see if they can get another processor.

They should find out on their dime not mine. There is still no problem with alerting affiliates. They alerted you. (but defo, thanks for the heads-up!)
