Hi Vlad, are there any licensing jurisdictions which simply aren't attractive at all due to red tape and bureaucracy, regulation, meddling, etc?
120k seems a lot for Malta, for that much do they just leave you alone and let you operate your business?

In some jurisdictions, like Isle of Man, you will pay even more.
A lot easier to tell which of them are attractive.
