Predatory Terms

1. G3 Partner will pay commissions for the life of the player, provided that the Affiliate remains an active Affiliate within the Program. G3 Partner will not apply the following term within the first 6 months of the relationship: Should an affiliate fail to deliver any new players in a six month period, G3Partner reserves the right to de-activate the affiliate account and withhold earnings. Should an affiliate re-activate their account through sending a purchasing player within a month after suspension of the account, G3Partner may, at their discretion, back pay earned commission. These instances will be reviewed individually and will be based on history with the program.

2. Should an affiliate not generate at least one new player in a month period the affiliate revenue share commission will reduce to not lower than 25%. If on CPA the affiliate will lose the right to receive Level 2 and Level 3 bonuses from players brought in prior to this period. These instances will be reviewed on an individual basis. This term is also not enforced within the first 6 months of partnership.

Acceptable Terms


Affiliate Payment Date?: G3 Partner calculates the commission payments at the end of each month and makes the payments on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month, or on the first business day after the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month.

Negative Carryover?: Affiliate negative balances which result from player winnings are not carried forward from month to month.

Minimum Payment?: The minimum payment amount that G3 Partner shall send to an Affiliate each month is one hundred (US$100) dollars. Unpaid commissions each month shall be carried forward and added to the next month's payment.

Revenue Share Percentage?: From Revenue Options Page:

CHANGED TO:

G3 Partner will pay commisions for the life of the player for all standard affiliate accounts. Specialized affiliate agreements will be handled on a case by case basis.
