Returning to the Luck3 woes... I just was spammed on the email address that I had set up exclusive for luck3 (luck3@xxx.xx) The only time I ever used this email was to sign up to the poker room. I did not even use it for the affiliate program (3aff). Rather disturbing. They were marketing SlotoCash, I fwd the email to Connie for her use.

Here is the info from the mail:

    Oh wow are you serious?

That is just terrible. So I wonder how they got that email.

What a great idea - use the name of the property your promoting. And only use it for that specific program. Smart!!!!!

Now you know your email address got sold or some other unethical thing.

From now on - I will use the same method. Such a great idea.

When it gets spammed close it down.

    Thanks Chips!

Hey Peeps well as I said earlier this week I would update on any info i got.

Cake has refused to reply to me on the Luck3 Issue.

Luck3 after multiple tries has also refused to reply.

I just got a note from an Affiliate Manager from Luck3 - same one as before.

    Here's her note to me

"Hey, probably luck3 was removed from Cake Network, 'cause I don't see any tourneys in the poker client... And there is no info about payments :/ I think Luck3 won't pay to luck3 staff, players and affiliates, sorry ("

I did take a look at Cake - and they are still listed. But the fact they have removed all tournaments from the clients is good indication of a shut down.

I expect to see Player, Affiliate Issues, and other complaints soon, as we approach the next month.

Any responsible organization who listed them as sponsored should start to make note to the affiliate community and allow players to see this.

Being that the site is still live and players can still deposit money - more victims will be hurt by this.

Thanks Poker Keep. It seems clear where this is going. Just another outfit closing down and ripping affiliates and staff and players.

I hope GPWA who is still promoting them can do something about it. They have alot of trust and it would seem irresponsible for them to let this slide. I hope they do something soon before more players and affiliates get hurt.

Yep, Cake done cooked them. Only thing available is play money ring games.

The casino is still up and most likely accepting deposits. I am escalating my player warning to blacklist due to:
    • lack of communication
    • the poker room shutting down without prior notice to players
    • and because it just pisses me off
    Well done (un)Luck3.

Luck3 Poker was excluded from Cake Poker Network MyWorlds.org

Some more news... Another bankrupt program bites the dust and takes affiliates with it...

Still they are a sponsor of you know where. LOL

Thanks Chips.. your a good man!

Thanks to Terry as well.. and everyone else helping in protecting players and affiliates from them.

Listen does anyone have skills in photoshop or something...

I want to spend the next couple of hours writing a news post on my CAO site about them with major keywords focusing on them being rogue - stealing from players, ripping us all off and what not.

I will link to both Terrys blacklist and Chips your blacklists.. and anyone else if wanted...

I will get my blacklist updated tonight on GFPC as well.. making sure this gets as much attention as possible.

They do owe me a little bit - not much - i made sure i got paid 3 months ago my balance.. so at least i got thast fixed

But i do have a player who said he still has money there.. i am sure other players are lossing their cash.

I am surprised no one on Casino Meister is posting.

As for the other place - yeah thanks chips.. they have TOP SPOT listings in google for luck 3 terms and its a shame players are signing up still via those sites.. - the casino especially..

But back to my main point..

Can someone here make me a graphic Of Luck3 illustrating them stealing affiliates money and staffs money and players..

I want to post it on my site... if not it may take me some time and i want to get this done tonight..LOL..

    Steve

I am a novice at PS so count me out.

I actually have them posted on the forum blacklist here:
    Code:
    http://pokerplayerus.com/forum/blacklist/4550-luck3-blacklisted-rogue-operators-running-loose.html
(dropped in "code tag" so VB doesn't pull the title over on you)

And they have a prominent place on my web page blacklist just below Cereus here:
    Code:
    http://pokerplayerus.com/blacklisted-poker-sites.html
So you can use either, or, both, I really don't mind, provided a link back is in place. You always do things right anyway Steve. The more exposure we give the thieves the better.

Tomorrow I will be blogging about 3aff over at iGamingPros. Should be an interesting topic. I would do it tonight but been working 18hrs/day the past few and I am out of gas.

Time for beer, pretzels and the boob tube.
