Default First Commissions - Who was it?

I was thinking, while driving, and thought back to my beginning days as an iGaming affiliate. It was tough going at first, like many of you, and I did not perservere as well as many either I did quit.. until that one day that I checked stats and realized that I was starting to make money.

    My FIRST payment was:

Brightshare - I remember my numbers stating around $600 at one point, but don't remember what my final commissions was Back then it went to... you guessed it... Neteller.

I still promote Brightshare because of that and their commitment to proper cross-promotion.

Here is who I remember promoting way back then:

    • Brightshare
    • Wagershare
    • Acropolis
    • CasinoBlasters

Obviously, from the next page (archive.org - wayback machine), you will see exactly who I decided to promote back then

Wow, My first commission payment came from Wager Profits, Sci Fi and Breakaway Casino, back when they accepted USA players and Paul [superior casino] was my AM. I had my one and only "whale" there too until they moved all my players to Pantasia when they switched....lost the whale during that..boo hoo.

Neteller was my payment method also back then. Grandbay and Bella Vegas..etc...were my biggest money makers for a good 2 to 3 years until..........

My first-ever affiliate payment was from a place called "Vegas Supplies and Gifts." Not sure if they're in business anymore. They sent $11.37 to my Paypal account on 3/29/05. I had a page on onlinepokercraze.com that advertised poker chips and poker supplies -- that's where my first revenue came from.

My second payment received was from a similar type of poker chip / poker supply place called Spinetti's -- $20.34 to Paypal on 6/1/05.

My first "casino affiliate" income came from Referback. $50 to NETeller on 8/12/05 -- shortly after I blacklisted them for making retroactive changes. LOL. They and everyone else involved rescinded those changes shortly thereafter, but it was 3 years before I would promote them again.

My second casino affiliate payment came from Vegas Affiliates on 9/19/05. That month I also received payments from Casino Partners and Casino Blasters.

Earlier that month (September 2005) was CAC 2005. I met a few other affiliates there, including Dominique (remember breakfast at the Stardust?), her employee Donna, Wes (pokermonger), Janet (Fergie), Ryan from Rewards, Pierrick from Vegas Affiliates (now with Virgin Games), Trish from CPS (now with Lottery Affiliates), Josh from Casino Partners (now with Rome), Rakesh from Adriches (last seen with Lion Slots), Simon Eaton from Nine.com (now with bet365), Mark from Focal Click (still with Focal Click after all these years!), a few people from Income Access, and a whole bunch of others....

    Memories....
