I have signed up with a few affiliates accounts and all but 1 wants me to send some ID documents confirming who I am for fraud and money laundering purposes. yet, the others are fine with my signing up and having my address, bank details etc.

Some that have not asked me are top of the list in AGD approved sites, so if they are happy, why did this one ask? I have not sent anything yet.

No communication at all.

I have been a loyal regular depositing player at several Fortune Lounge Casinos since 2004. Mainly I played at 7Sultans and Vegas Palms.

Last week, they closed and locked every of my casino accounts without notifying me.
Also, my Europalace Casino account has been closed and locked. I did not even know they are connected with Fortune Lounge.

I contacted the customer service immediately and they are not willing to provide any details about the closure to me. They just told me that certain discrepancies have been located on my account.

I have no idea what is going on there, I have no multiple accounts, charge backs, bonus issues or anything else fraudulent there. I am just a player who deposited and played at their casinos for six long years. One thought – I have been ahead at fortune lounge casinos most of the time, suddenly since 2010 my luck changed and I was not able to win or cash out anymore. I guess they just waited until I have deposited enough back and than kicked my butt.

When we asked for the money they began to “check” this again and again and after almost half a year all they could say is that they sent checks by mail (they never produced any copy or approval for such mails that were never received). When we requested to speak with the payment department and receive proof for their claims they wrote that they “stopped working” with the payment contractor so they can’t prove that the checks werer sent or used.
The only “comfort” is that the conversion rate was so poor so we only got ripped off with $15,000.
This company talks nicely over the phone and promise to be very reliable. In contradiction to their words – they are thieves and will surely steal all your commission money.
