I think it happened one or two months ago -- I'm not exactly sure.

They never emailed their affiliates about the change, probably because they wanted everyone to think they still accepted players from all 50 states. Not very ethical, in my opinion.

Blimey, I had no idea, so good to know.

Explains why my revenues dropped at Intertops from very little to absolutely nothing. All my players were in the restricted states.

It is strange that there has been such a lack of response to this (now old) news, as I didn't see it discussed on forums like CAP or GPWA, either. Did I miss a discussion on those boards or here for that matter?

I'd have thought the news would have created quite a stir amongst affiliates...

In fact, I believe it was brought up by AFFILIATES at both forums. Should not have been that way.

BTW - as I understand it, any players that could previously deposit (regardless of the state they reside in) can still deposit, withdrawal, and play.

They are just not accepting new players from those states.
