    Default Emails to Genesys Not Being Delivered

    Hey everyone. I posted this on another forum and thought to post it here too. I need help!

    Hi all. It's been a while since I've been here and I hope everyone is well.

    I emailed Silvia the last week of May and then a week later because I didn't get a reply.

    And now for the last week, I have emailed her and the managers email address from 2 different email accounts of mine and keep getting a message that ...

    "This message has not yet been delivered. Microsoft Exchange will continue to try delivering the message on your behalf. Delivery of this message will be attempted until 15/06/2012 01:58:54 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London. Microsoft Exchange will notify you if the message can't be delivered by that time."

    I did send a request that Silvia add me to skype yesterday but no acceptance yet.

    This is very strange and a bit nerve racking as I am trying to get paid this month. (anyone else receive their payment yet?)

    Does anyone know how else to get in touch with her or anyone else there?

    You're telling me, I had to take a nerve pill awhile ago, still waiting on a check here as well, and it's driving me freaking nuts not knowing the tracking number and where it's at in the system.

    Usually, we would have received our check by now, but not yet this month. This is the latest that we have ever had to wait. Don't know what's going on there at Genesys.

    I even called the regular shipper earlier, the one that normally delivers the checks, and after I gave them my name and address they told me that they did not see anything that was shipped this week or last....that's when I had to hit up the nerve pills..

    Hopefully we will hear something soon....

    Hi all,

    First my sincere apologies that you experience issues with emails sent to my email account. I experienced issues end of May and contacted IT to fix the issue. They confirmed that everything works well again and in fact I am receiving external emails, but it seems only a selection I am in touch with our IT again to get this fixed forever. Please in the meantime, when you send an email cc' silvia.genesys@gmail.com in the email. It's my business Gmail account. Also, you can PM me here or on Skype: boccadirosa0406.

    In terms of payments: Guru, we've been in touch all over the weekend, and I am pushing our Finance team for a statement, where the payments are. They tried over the weekend and in the beginning of the week to receive the tracking codes for the checks. Unfortunately the processor only committed that the tracking codes arrive yesterday (which they haven't). Our Finance team released all payments on the 4th June 2012. I will take this with the board team next week, as I understand that it is an unbearable situation for you to wait so long for the payment. I hope that I can post a statement from Finance today.

    @Holland87. I accepted you on Skype (I was probably watching Germany vs. Holland when you added me) and replied to your message on Skype. It is essential that you keep your payment details updated in the affiliate backend as this is, where the Finance team takes the data for the payments from. We chatted about this last month I ask Finance to cancel the check for you and send the payment according to your request.

    On a general note, all payments done with bank wire, online wallets etc arrived at our affiliates in time. Please take this as an indicator, that indeed our processor let us down with the checks and it is not a thread from Genesys Affiliates side. We do our utmost to pay affiliates in time.

    Again, apologies for the inconveniences.

    I will keep you updated on any development and hope you receive the checks soonest.

    Hi all, I just had a long chat with our Head of Payments. She confirmed that we released all payments, including checks on the 4th June. Due bank holidays in Europe the transfer of the funds to the check releasing bank has been delayed by the European banks. The checks went out in the meantime and I just received the tracking codes.

    Again apologies for the delay with check payments. I am sending the tracking numbers out now.

    Thanks for the reply Silvia and for adding me to Skype.

    As far as my payment is concerned, I was more concerned in contacting you to discuss my special situation, not actually getting the money in my hand as I know you have been most helpful in the past with my payments and Geneysis has always made them in a timely fashion. I'm relieved just hearing from you.
