Email Sent but no Reply

I sent an email last wenesday regarding a ($785.25) in credits on DN and see that the signup has been banned but haven't had any reply.

I haven't heard back regarding my email. Did the email address change with the domain change?

Also even though my player accounts are long closed I still get the retention promo's, not that I mind but as an fyi they always arrive in the spam box, whereas the monthly reports do not.
