Predatory Terms

1. Earn United is committed to our affiliate's success, however if in any given consecutive 3 months you send neither new visitors nor new deposits to Earn United client's brands, your account will be under review with a possibility of termination.

..You will not be entitled to referral fees with respect to play occurring after the date of termination.

Predatory Terms

Affiliate Payment Date?: We will pay you referral and bounty fees on a monthly basis, by the 15th day of each month via Cheque, Wire Transfer, NETeller, PaySpark or Casino account. All payments will be due and paid in United States dollars.

Negative Carryover?: Negative Carryover could not be found within the T&C's nor on Earn United's website.

Minimum Payment?: Earn United does not make commission payments less than $100 per payment. If $100 in Affiliate Commissions are not achieved in any given month, the earned amount will be carried over to the next calendar month and continue to accumulate until at least $100 minimum is generated.

[color=blue][b]Revenue Share Percentage?: Earn United pays a standard 25% to 40% referral fee on Net Revenue generated by the affiliate. There no other fees or deductions are made on to the affiliate commission. Processing fees and security reserves are absorbed by Earn United.

CPA Details?: Affiliates will earn a fixed referral fee based on each new depositing customer of $100 or more.

Tiered Revenue Sharing?: FROM WEBSITE FAQ:
Tier 1 (affiliates underneath you) 5% of affiliate's earnings
Tier 2 (affiliates underneath them - Tier 1) 2.5% of affiliate's earnings

Our overall analysis: Earn United has predatory terms. AffiliateGuardDog does not accept programs which have terms stating that you must have customers to remain in the program. It is extremely predatory and all it takes is getting sick or losing SERPS to fall prey to this.

And to think Earn United has been on my front page for six months. During this period their statistic reporting has changed as well. I used to receive impressions and clicks now only new sign ups.This situation makes them a tough brand to market. Add in the predatory terms I think I will be moving them to the "back of the bus".

I signed up with Earn United yesterday. After reading the predatory terms mentioned here, I checked there T&C now, but I did not find the above terms. I hope I have not overlooked anything.

5.1 Statement Of Term
The term of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately.
