I have posted a few minutes ago however i see them way up there in the thread, not sure why they were not placed at the bottom of the thread, but hope you all see them, as i think i have covered all your concerns,

Firstly thank you everyone for your feedback and support and most of all patience in resolving, finally i have news from design, and it seems the problem may be on Rival side, we have emailed and are waiting for response from them, please see below response from development.

I think I found the problem, but need Rival people to check it out. Attached is a screenshot of the error page that displays after trying to "login", you will notice there that the url the server is trying to contact is: affil-adm.denderacaisno.com and it is misspelled it should be "affil-adm.denderacASIno.com".
I don't see how I can fix that from my end, so I guess its Rival support responsability.
Let me know how i can help further.

I am so sorry you all had to wait for this response, and i will update you the moment i hear back from Rival regarding this issue, and hopefully it will be sorted out today,
Please also be aware that Dendera will be launching our new casino site this in a few days, along with an array of new promotions.
We will send mailers with details surrounding the launch as well as Denderas new contact email addresses for the team, and support.
